The “Readers Digest” version of my story is that I’ve been an entrepreneur all my adult life. I’ve been blessed with a high level of energy, a passion for technology and good timing.
In the last 20 years I led the creation and development of four separate technology-based companies. The first two companies were successfully acquired whole, with the largest being the $43.3 million acquisition of InfoInterActive by America Online in 2001. In June 2009, the technology of the third company, TrueCheck, was acquired under exclusive license.
Presently , I lead a small team of ten at ServicePoint, a service engineering company. The primary focus of the company is ViewPoint.ca, a comprehensive real estate portal which was launched in January 2010. ViewPoint has become very popular, very quickly, now visited more than 150,000 times monthly by consumers viewing more than 3.5 million pages of property information. If you are interested in Nova Scotia real estate, check it out and I think you’ll quickly see why it has become so popular.
